EDGE Coaching Sprint
The leap in job title budgets can feel intimidating and raising support alone is discouraging. The EDGE Coaching Sprint places you in the dual role of receiving and providing coaching, resources, accountability, and encouragement so you can reach full funding and help EDGErs do the same.

"I loved coaching EDGErs and helped speak truth into lies they believed about funding or about God. I also enjoyed hearing what they learned each week and how they supported each other."
Juliana Mak
"I loved the experience of coaching. This was my first opportunity to coach younger staff, and it was so energizing for me. I loved the guys I got to coach!"
Grayson Peterson
"As I transitioned to SIT and into a new mission/ministry, I found myself floundering and had no clue how to approach my funding. I wasn't taught how to build a budget or fund without someone telling me to. I found this program to be SO helpful in those regards."
